Terms and Conditions of Housing Reservation
Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all tenants, we kindly ask that
you carefully review and agree to the following terms and conditions.
By confirming your housing reservation and check-in to the property, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following rules and conditions
throughout your stay.
These terms and conditions are designed to safeguard both the property as well as the well-
being of all tenants and neighbors.
Non-compliance with any of the following terms and conditions may result in penalties,
including additional fees and/or termination of your rental agreement.

The collection of personal information and passport details will be covered by the
data protection and privacy policy in compliance with local EU regulations. This
information is for internal use only and for the purpose of tenant registration with the
relevant municipal authorities.

All of the user information links provided at the accommodation must be used
exclusively by the tenants of the property and cannot be divulged to third parties.

Upon arrival to the property, a check-in procedure will be carried out in which a
member of staff will explain the apartment check-in information which the tenant must
read, understand and sign.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the properties.

Unregistered tenants are not permitted to stay in the property.

Tenants must respect and adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times.

The keys to the apartment must be kept secure. If the keys get lost and/or stolen, the
tenant will be charged for the replacement of new locks and keys.

Tenants must respect the neighbours and the local quiet time between 10:00pm and
8:00am.

The use of the property for parties is not permitted.

The property must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

Garbage must be disposed of regularly in the designated municipal garbage
collection points.

In the case of any damages to the property, tenants are asked to report them
immediately to the housing office. Tenants will be responsible for covering the costs
of any damages caused to the property during their stay.

The housing reservation payment link is valid for one week. If payment is not
received within this time period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and
made available to another student on the waiting list.

The housing payment for the entire period is non-refundable in case of cancellation
or any other motive.

The tenant’s housing deposit will only be returned after the housing check-out
inspection. Damages to the property and/or furnishings will be automatically
deducted from the tenant’s housing deposit.
The tenant undersigned, agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions of Housing Reservation by Housing Florence Italy.
