Throughout our ten years of experience in the field of touristic rentals and after multiple requests from students, we have noticed that in the city of Florence, as in most Italian cities, there is not a unified and simple system that helps foreign students to find comfortable, fairly priced, and conveniently located accommodation that offers them continuous assistance whilst they carry out their studies.

Therefore, in parallel with the pre-existing Firenze Rentals concept for tourist accommodation, and thanks to the collaboration of real estate agency Don Minzoni, leader in the student real estate sector, a portal has been created that includes various types of apartments dedicated to foreign students.

The apartments are all custom made to meet the needs of students, while maintaining the characteristics of the classic "Florentine house".
