The Project

Throughout our ten years of experience in the field of touristic rentals and after multiple requests from students,
we have noticed that in the city of Florence, as in most Italian cities, there is not a unified and simple system that helps foreign students to find comfortable, fairly priced, and conveniently located accommodation that offers them continuous assistance whilst they carry out their studies.

Therefore, in parallel with the pre-existing Firenze Rentals concept for tourist accommodation,
and thanks to the collaboration of real estate agency Don Minzoni, leader in the student real estate sector,
a portal has been created that includes various types of apartments dedicated to foreign students.

The apartments are all custom made to meet the needs of students,
while maintaining the characteristics of the classic "Florentine house".

The apartments are available in blocks:

• First block from January to May 15 (included)
• Second block from 20 May to July (included)
• Third block from September to December (included)

The number of beds is indicated for each apartment, with mostly double
rooms available that include the shared use of:

• Kitchen
• Sitting area
• Bathroom/s

Those who book must reserve the whole apartment for the maximum number of beds.

Confrim the booking

At this point, a confirmation email will be sent with a payment link that is valid for five days.
This is for the payment of the one-month deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay after a check has been completed to ensure that no damages have been incurred to the property – it is non-refundable in the case of booking cancellation.

After this, the payment of 30% of the cost of your total stay will be requested 10 days before your move-in day, with the remaining 70% being paid a month after.

All utilities for the apartment are included in the rent payment:

• Water
• Light
• Gas
• Cleaning
• Residence
• Internet connection

Once the payment is completed, the guest will receive all the necessary information to make their move-in as easy and as fast as possible.

Upon arrival at the apartment, a photocopy of the student’s identity document will be requested which will be used to confirm their arrival with the Questura di Firenze- as soon as the student has received their tax code from the Agenzia delle Entrate, the contract will be signed and registered.

In the apartment, students will find information about the city that will be useful for their experience, and private access to our 24/7 immediate online assistance platform.

The apartments are divided into two categories to cater to the diverse needs of our customers:

• The Basic tier, for those who seeking a simpler service that takes care of the essentials. This includes:
